To obtain this information, a survey of the adult population (18 years and older) was conducted in November-December 2022 in the target areas of the "Acting for Health" project: Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Poltava, and Rivne regions.

The "Act for Health" project commissioned an assessment of investments in NCDs to better understand the economic effectiveness of interventions in the prevention and management of NCDs, as well as to plan project activities in the coming years.

This Communication Strategy was developed to assist in the implementation of the National Plan and aims to improve the effectiveness of communications, which are an important strategic tool for combating NCDs and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

This report is prepared based on the results of the assessment in the field of prevention and control of non-communicable diseases in Ukraine.
