More than two months have passed since russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. During this time, the war has claimed the lives of tens of thousands of Ukrainians, caused severe destruction in cities, and led to a humanitarian catastrophe in some regions of Ukraine. Many people with non-communicable diseases, especially the elderly, have lost access to essential medicines, medical services, and assistance.
