Core Interventions Package for Non-Communicable Diseases in Humanitarian Crises (PEN-H)
Given the rapid spread of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), they have become one of the major threats to public health in humanitarian crises worldwide. This package provides health professionals with guidelines to facilitate quality care for NCDs in such situations. If no national guidelines exist, the PEN-H package can be adapted to the national context. This package can also complement national guidelines for the treatment of NCDs in humanitarian crises.
