This manual organizes information related to NCDs (Non-Communicable Diseases). The information is divided into 15 modules grouped into five blocks: Introduction to NCDs; Approaches to Epidemiological Surveillance and Research Methods; Health Promotion, Communication, and Advocacy; Policies and Strategies; NCDs in Emergencies. This manual will be especially useful for public health professionals. The materials are laid out in such a way that they can be used for both self-education and teaching topics related to NCDs to professionals who may find them interesting.
