Even the lack of electricity in cities cannot break the Ukrainian spirit. In such extreme conditions, on November 23, our team presented a new Knowledge Center on Noncommunicable Diseases in Rivne, together with our partners, the Rivne Regional State Administration and the Department of Civil Protection and Public Health of the Rivne Regional State Administration.
Traditionally, during the event, we:
discussed the situation in the field of NCD prevention and control in the Rivne oblast with Serhiy Podolin, Oleh Vivsiannyk, and Olena Handziuk
learned what NCDs are, what risk factors cause them, and how to avoid them with Nataliya Fesovets
explained to journalists why it is important to talk about NCDs and how the media guide

can help them in this regard shared tips on how to cope with stress in journalism.
The Center's doors are open to all specialists in the oblast who work in the field of NCD prevention and control or are interested in these issues.
