To remain the best in their field, it is important that all employees have the opportunity to grow professionally and exchange experiences. Therefore, all team members joined the event: doctors, nurses, social workers, and team drivers.

During the training, it was important not only to teach but also to support employees, so participantswere offered individual and group supervision, team games, and reflection sessions. As part of theprogram, participants learned how to take care of themselves, restore their resources, and preventprofessional burnout. In addition, training in first psychological aid was provided for doctors and nurses. At the end of the program, all participants worked on practical cases.

We believe that this experience will enable mobile medical teams and home care teams to be better in their field and continue to provide quality care to those who need it.
