Monitoring visit to mobile medical teams in Rivne oblast

During the visit, the MMT members took part in a training session on «Teamwork Psychology, Individual Psychological Supervision, and Team Building». Coordinators, doctors, nurses, psychologists, and drivers of mobile primary healthcare teams in the Rivne oblast joined the training.

During the monitoring visit, the project team held a meeting with the participation of Olena Handziuk, Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Protection and Public Health of the Rivne Regional State Administration, Nataliia Fesovets, Regional Project Coordinator, and Mykola Lobchuk, Coordinator of Mobile Medical Teams in the Rivne oblast.

They discussed the importance of mobile teams in providing primary medical and psychological assistance, especially to vulnerable groups of the population, as well as routes and effective cooperation with partners.

They made visits during the work of the mobile medical teams in the villages of Kidry (Varash district), Zaritsk, and Ploska (Rivne district) in Rivne oblast.

We launched a patient survey to improve the quality of services and ensure the MMT's work, confirming the high level of organization and support for the teams, as well as the professionalism of the staff.

We held a meeting with the Rivne Regional Charitable Foundation «Our Future», which provides support for the work of three mobile teams, and discussed issues of documentation, reporting, and support for the teams.
