We are looking for a financial sustainability and budget assessment expert to support community and healthcare initiatives

We invite finance and budget analysis professionals to join the «Act for Health» project team and contribute to strengthening the sustainability of services for those who need them most.

The «Act for Health» project is seeking a Financial Sustainability and Budget Assessment Expert who will support the review of financial reports and proposals submitted by subgrantees, communities, and Primary Health Care Centres.

Key responsibilities will include:

• reviewing budgets and financial reports submitted under project support mechanisms;
• assessing compliance of budgets with project requirements, donor regulations, and Ukrainian legislation;
• verifying the justification of expenditures and financial calculations;
• evaluating the financial viability of outreach and home-based healthcare service models for vulnerable populations;
• analysing co-financing arrangements and the capacity of communities to sustain services in the long term;
• preparing recommendations to strengthen financial sustainability and improve resource efficiency.

We are looking for a professional with practical experience in financial analysis who understands how to transform successful project interventions into sustainable mechanisms that continue to operate beyond the period of international support.

If you have experience in budget analysis, auditing, financial management, or the assessment of international technical assistance projects, we would be pleased to consider your application.
