Mobile medical assistance – responding to the challenges of war

On September 29, a press conference was held on the topic «Mobile medical assistance – a response to the challenges of war.»
The event was attended by:

Oleksandra Mashkevych – Head of the Medical Services Directorate of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine;

Halyna Maystruk – Manager of the Ukrainian-Swiss project «Act for Health»;

Vladyslav Zbanatskyi, coordinator for primary medical care for the Ukrainian-Swiss project «Act for Health.»

Moderator: Nataliia Olbert-Sinko, One Health Agency

Medical professionals and representatives of regional health departments in Lviv, Poltava, Rivne, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts joined online.  

During the meeting, participants learned about the results of the first phase of the work of the Act for Health mobile medical teams and the need to implement the experience and tools of mobile medical care at the national and regional levels.

We believe that even more organizations and communities will take advantage of the important achievements and experience of the project.
