One Care teams began their work in the Rivne oblast

One Care teams will begin their work in the Rivne oblast on May 22!

In Rivne, in partnership with the Andriy Krupynskyi Lviv Medical Academy, we conducted training onhome care for people with limited mobility for our One Care teams from the Demydivka and Zdolbuniv communities, who in a few days will be visiting those residents of the pilot communities who need our help the most.

The One Care service is a medical and social service providing home care. A social worker, nurse, and social worker will provide assistance to people with chronic non-communicable diseases who have limited mobility.

The One Care initiative is being implemented by the One Health agency as part of the Ukrainian-Swiss project «Act for Health» with the support of the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine.
