Working in communities

In 2021, the Project selected 20 main and 5 reserve communities that demonstrated motivation to develop and implement projects in the field of NCD prevention and to involve specialists from various fields — education, medicine, local administration. The project provided funding to 15 pilot communities for the implementation of NCD prevention activities totaling UAH 3.3 million, as well as consulting support. The project supported 20 libraries in pilot communities by purchasing books on health topics and equipping «health corners».
